Are you a sales professional, Head of Sales, Account Director or similar, motivated by reaching business results and having impact on the organisation’s direction, but looking for a more purposeful challenge in your career?

We Foundation works to improve the social equity of children, youth and families through technology. We have created a platform for NGOs and the public sector to track and analyse social impact & change in well-being. We are now looking for an experienced sales professional to join the team in building and expanding our partnership portfolio, and help us in achieving our core mission.

As our Partnership Manager, you will take the lead on the partner acquisition for our social impact technology. You will act as the first point of contact for our nonprofit partners, in Finland and abroad. You’ll explore new markets and are on the pulse of understanding what customer segments and regions are relevant for achieving our growth and impact KPIs, and will find partners that benefit the most from our technology. You will work closely with third sector and public sector organisations that work directly with children, youth and families, and find how our technology can help them in becoming the pioneers of leading their operations with impact data.

What you will be doing

  • Planning & executing our impact product’s growth strategy
  • Partner acquisition among third & public sector organisations in Finland and globally
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding and customer success for our new partners

What we wish to see from you

  • Proven track record of managing and executing sales plans, growing customer portfolio and nurturing customer relationships, for example in SaaS business or similar
  • Closer-mindset and drive to make NGOs and nonprofits long-term users of our impact technology
  • Excellent skills in English and ability to do business in an additional language
  • Ability to travel occasionally to ensure good relations and smooth onboarding with our partners

We are flexible with remote work days, but wish to see you at our new office in the heart of Helsinki regularly.
